Ocean Lui is a Hong Kong corporate finance lawyer whose practice focused on capital markets, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. She has acted for issuers, sponsors, and underwriters on initial public offerings on both the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with sector experience spanning technology, biotechnology (Chapter 18A), mining (Chapter 18), construction, manufacturing, and aviation.
