Kelly Kim is a Korean-speaking litigator and commercial lawyer in Hong Kong.

Her practice spans contentious and non-contentious work. She advises on banking, corporate, and commercial matters and enjoys a particularly strong following among Korean banks and financial institution. Kelly represents government authorities and companies in the hotel, healthcare, education, and cosmetics sectors.

Her broad practice includes manufacturing defects, cryptocurrency tracing, cyber fraud, artwork authenticity, employment, personal injury and contested probate. She has been active in arbitration before the HKIAC and KCAB, and has served as a trainer/lecturer for Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) in mediation.

Beyond her litigation work, Kelly is a recognised practitioner and educator in international mediation. She is a founding member of the Korea Mediation Institute (KMI) and serves as Director of its International Committee. She is an Adjunct Professor at Sogang University, teaching International Negotiation and Mediation at the Graduate School of Global Studies.

Kelly is a graduate of Sogang University. She completed her Juris Doctor and PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is native in Korean and fluent in English.
